This workshop was the second part of the Global Food Venture 2018, which was a three-part international programme.
Following the Munich bootcamp on entrepreneurship, the Technion GFV workshop aimed at validating the market-product fit in the domains of Agrotech (e.g. novel fertilizers, precise and urban agriculture, etc.) and Foodtech (additives, recycling, nutrition, etc.).
The validation process involved three elements: validating the need itself, whether in the food or the agro-tech domains, validating the product/solution and validating the business model and go-to-market approach.
The Global Food Venture Programme 2018 aimed at training and facilitating food innovators in an entrepreneurial mindset to boost their creativity and turn their knowledge into value.
How was their experience in 2018? Let us discover the impressions of PhD students who have been participating to this innovative programme!
